These Terms & Conditions govern your use of superiorfenceestimate.com and related estimate and scheduling services provided by DL94 Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Superior Fence & Rail of Memphis and Superior Fence & Rail of Huntsville ("Superior," "we," "us," or "our").
Estimates and services
Online price ranges are preliminary estimates based on the information available at the time. They are not a binding quote, contract, or guarantee. Final pricing, scope, availability, and scheduling may change after an on-site review and written agreement. Fence installation services are governed by the separate contract you accept for the project.
Text-message terms
If you separately check the optional text-message consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated transactional and promotional text messages from Superior about your estimate, scheduling, customer care, and related offers at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable use
